In this post I share my intense experience training to become a certified Tai Chi for Balance Instructor. The day involved learning and teaching the 8-Form routine, participating in warm-ups, and practical discussions on class management. The certification day was fulfilling and led to purchasing additional instructional materials, leaving me exhausted yet content.
